🕶️ Just discovered Roka's amazing sunglasses! 😎 Customizable, polarized lenses for crystal-clear views & adjustable nose pads for max comfort. Perfect for travel, driving & more!
Happy Father’s day to all the Dad's out there!
A few weeks back I came across a new sunglasses company, Roka, headquartered in Austin, TX. Up till now my sunglasses are usually RayBan’s with their Chromance lenses or Maui Jim. Recently I was looking to get a pair of light travel sunglasses and decided to try Roka. Roka also makes Eyeglasses, Readers, Swim Googles and more.
The Roka web site is awesome to discover and find sunglasses that you will like. I chose the square Hunter 2.0 and decided on a custom order: Black frames with Dark Carbon Polarized lenses.
My sunglasses were made to order in Austin, TX!
These sunglasses also come with adjustable nose pads, which is a unique feature!
I am extremely impressed after using them for a few days. So much so that I plan to get a driving set of sunglasses with the Ranger Polarized lenses which have 17% light transmission - perfect for Seattle overcast driving conditions.
Polarized lenses offer numerous benefits that enhance both the comfort and safety of your eyes. These lenses work by filtering out horizontal glare, significantly reducing the harsh reflections from surfaces like water, snow, and glass. As a result, they provide improved visual clarity, contrast, and color perception, allowing you to enjoy the vivid beauty of your surroundings. Moreover, polarized lenses help to alleviate eye strain and fatigue caused by constant squinting in bright conditions, ensuring a more comfortable and enjoyable experience. They also offer added protection against harmful UV rays, safeguarding your eyes from potential long-term damage.
I appreciate that you can order replacement lenses from Roka (in case your glasses are scratched).
Another nice touch is that the sunglasses come with an awesome tiny case!
Roka has so many styles, as well as reading glasses, blue light glasses and more.

I still use the ROAV foldables you recommended a while ago - the best for afternoons. I just got these DITA glasses with a prescription and love them - Japanese designed https://dita.com/en-nl/products/flight-006?variant=44449455735017#3d-anchor
